*Things you should know

"Vision Asia standard Terms & Conditions" apply along with the following "Additional Terms" and take precedence over the standard terms and conditions.

• There is no minimum period – You can terminate your agreement with Vision Asia at any time on 30 days written notice from the billing date (currently the 7th of the month), and will not have to pay any early termination charges.

  
  

• The Term of the agreement will be from the date You subscribe to Freedom Package to the date You terminate your agreement with Vision Asia, or Vision Asia terminates Your agreement in accordance with clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

  
  

• Vision Asia will own and maintain the Dish (which is the satellite dish) and the Reception Equipment (which means the decoder and smartcard) during the term of your agreement.
  

• Upon termination of your agreement, You will own the Dish and the Reception Equipment. You do not have to return the Reception Equipment to Vision Asia, or arrange for Vision Asia to collect the Dish. However, You will be responsible for removal of the Dish from your premises (if required), any subsequent use of the Dish and Reception Equipment, and maintenance of the Dish and Reception Equipment. Vision Asia will not be entitled or required to remove or replace the Dish or the Reception Equipment once the agreement has terminated. Vision Asia does not make any warranty in relation to Your retention or further use of the Dish or Reception Equipment.

  
  

• If You wish to resubscribe to Vision Asia’s services, even if you have moved to another location, You just have to call Vision Asia to be reconnected, and there will be no reconnection fee. Additional charges may apply if Vision Asia has to supply a new Dish or Reception Equipment, or if any installation services are required for the reconnection. The terms and conditions of any subsequent agreement with Vision Asia may differ from these terms and conditions (as amended).

  
  

• Our usual service rate card installation fee is currently $499 for Metro areas and $599 for Regional areas. The rate applying to the Freedom Package is $399 for Metro areas and $499 for Regional areas.

  
  

• If you wish to add Zee Punjabi to your subscription, you must take this service for a minimum of 6 months.

  
  

• Our usual monthly subscription amounts (pro rata for a part month) will apply, currently being $65.95 per month for the first connection at your house.

  
  

• If you have a second connection at your house but cancel the first connection, the monthly subscription for the second connection will increase to $65.95, as varied from time to time
