Vision Asia IPTV is available to customers who are connected to Internet with an effective bandwidth of 4 Mbps available from an ISP .

DTH Channels will work up till Sep 2015 only. Since the platform and technology is changing we are migrating all our channels to the Internet Base Service.
If you disconnect before Sept 2015, ET charges will apply. However should you chose to Migrate to the new IPTV platform, we will not charge you.

Once you subscribe and we register you account you can begin viewing the Vision Asia IPTV service with username and password provided by us on Vision Asia app.
You can register all smart devices at your home but you will able to view channels on any two smart devices if you have subscribed for our Family Pack.
Vision Asia IPTV has facility to record your favourite programs on nPVR by following very easy steps. You will be provided space as per your subscribed package on the Vision Asia server to record your programs. Chances are that your favourite program may already be there on Catch UP TV.
All recorded programs will get saved on Vision Asia server, allocated to your account as per your subscribed package.

Of course, you can avail this service for maximum 120 days in one year. This value added service is for subscribers who are going away on holiday or who need their service stopped for any other reason. Your account will be charged on $5 per month on pro rata basis and if you are in contract then your contract term will extend for those number of days.
If you have taken Deluxe Pack then on both the boxes and all apps you will not able to watch channel. However if you have taken two family packs or any other pack separately you can watch of the one which is not registered for suspension.
You will not able to watch channels in different countries but you will able to watch within Australia.
If the equipment has a technical fault, Vision Asia will replace equipment. However, if the customer has damaged the equipment or there is physical damage to the box the customer will be charged for the replacement.

Please note it is customer’s responsibility to return faulty equipment’s to Vision Asia.

You can downgrade the package but you will end up paying ET charges will be balance unused months subscription so either you can downgrade after contract term is over or you can take two family packs / one family pack and rest app only.
