I have applied for a new connection and haven't heard anything about it. What do I do?

If you haven't heard from us for seven working days after you submitted your completed paperwork, it might be time to call us and follow up on your connection. Otherwise, give us some time. We will call you as soon as we have a date and time for you.

Can I pay for an entire year?

The Installation charges are too high. Can I pay for it in installments?

No. Unfortunately Vision Asia functions on a Direct Debit system. We will need to debit either a bank account or a credit card.

I would like to change my credit card/bank account details in your system.
Sure. Just call 1300 286 786 in Australia and 0508 933 546 in New Zealand and ask to speak to the accounts department. Alternately, you could just download a copy of our Direct Debit Authorisation Form, print it out, fill in your new details and fax it back to us.

When and where I can watch News?
Vision Asia is the proud carrier of a full time news channel, NDTV 24x7. Zee News is telecast three times a day on Zee TV. Please consult our TV Guide listings for more details.

I am spending the summer overseas. Can I put my account on hold?
Absolutely. Just send us an email, letter or fax with your full name, residential address and the day on which you would like to start your account suspension. We can have you suspended at a charge of $15 per month.

I am moving to another house. What do I do?
Vision Asia can relocate you to your new property. Just fill in our Relocation Request Form and fax it back to us. For relocation charges please consult our Rate Card. If you are moving inter-state, you will have to take all of your equipment with you when you move.

I have decided to disconnect. What do I do?
You will need to fill in a Disconnection Request Form and fax it back to us. We will be able to have you disconnected 30 days from the next billing date after we receive your notice. Please refer to our Rate Card for disconnection charges.
